The accommodation was quaint and extremely comfortable. The shower had a little heater attached so even though we were a little more remote we were able to enjoy a comfortable shower. We could hear the sounds of the rainforest at night, which I particularly enjoyed. The family who run this place were some of the kindest people and even though we don't speak Spanish, and they didn't speak English, we were able to communicate and actually enjoyed a long conversation. There were a few dogs on the premisis that were super friendly and definitely enjoyed the ample attention we paid them. The value for this place was incredible and it was my favorite accommodation my partner and I stayed in. We wish we would have stayed for more than one night.

The stay was awesome! We never wanted to leave the cabin. The waterfalls are not that far and there is also a supermarket nearby which is convenient. The cabin is super clean, tidy and cozy. The manager is kind, patient and really helpful. I would definitely recommend it to relax and spend time with your family.

I got there late. Waze got me a little bit lost, but I called for help, and I got it.

This Finca Isla Rainforest Retreat is owned by nice German-Tico couple, Ingrid and Marco. Both live for their 80 ha of jungle, which they protect and maintain with the sustainable methods. It was great sleep there and feel the nature around. The owners are very heplful and they are able prepare food for you from their home planted bio-products! (better ask with little of anticipacion)

The property is a family-run business with the family working across reception, food service and other support. The accommodation was great, with individual units air-conditioned on the property. The pool was a great temperature and clean. The property is calm and quiet and the breakfast was great. We easily drove to several activities in the local area within 30-45 minutes, including animal reserves and a chocolate tour, before moving on to La Fortuna. The children loved meeting the water buffalo and had an exceptionally great time.

With mountain views, Hotel San Vicente Hideaway is located in Quesada and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden and terrace. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.
