Richard and Katy were lovely. From the time Ritchard picked us up at the airport it got better throughout our evening. They cooked us dinner and chatted with us throughout. We had an early flight the next morning and Ritchard dropped us back to the airport at 5.00am. Great spot near Gran Canaria airport. We will return. .

We had a truly wonderful stay at El Refugio de Las Vegas. The whole place exudes tranquillity and harmony, perfectly suited for anyone looking to disconnect and relax in nature. The host were incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring, which added a warm personal touch. Though nestled in a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle, the location remains convenient and easy to access. Whether you are travelling as a couple, with friends or family, this is a place you could happily return to. In short: highly recommended. The house is cozy and well-furnished. The host is very friendly and caring, and made us feel at home. The location is perfect for hiking and exploring the beautiful nature, with several scenic trails (SL1, SL3 and SL4) starting nearby. The house has a rooftop terrace where we could relax, enjoy the views, and grill the food. The El Rincon village is very peaceful with the scenic views of the nearby mountains.

I suspect Aguita Surf Lodge is going to become the place to stay for all informal travellers in Las Palmas. One street back from Las Cantaras Beach, the building looks unpromising from the outside yet it is quirky and delightful inside. It is comfortable, clean and extremely well run by charming and capable Italian staff. Great bathrooms, Well equipped kitchens and multiple chill-out spaces (and a roof terrace) where you can get out the laptop or do a bit of yoga/read/doze, make this a lovely flexible place to stay; If you want to be sociable you can be, If you want a little privacy you can find a cosy corner. Above everything it is the amazing staff that gives this place its relaxed and chilled vibe. We (myself, my wife and 4-year-old son) stayed for 2 weeks and everyone we met while staying here was friendly, cosmopolitan, relaxed and considerate - a reflection perhaps of this building and its staff.

We stayed for a week at Casa Doramas and we could not be happier of our decision!!! The B&B is located in a very beautiful and very quite part of the city, there is a park full of plants and flowers just 3 minutes walk from the B&B. Supermarket and laundry are 600 meters away. There is parking to leave your rental car at the property for a small cost. Very accessible from the bus stop coming from the airport. We stayed in a double room with external bathroom with a balcony with the view of the sea. Breakfast was served every morning on the roof terrace and there was plenty of choice and all the experience itself was top class! The owners were from the first moment very welcoming, very kind and helped us with everything we needed for our stay at Las Palmas! We highly recommend this B&b and will definetly come back there!
