The apartment was comfortable,cozy & lovely.The bathroom was adequate.The bed was luxurious.There are 2 TV's in the apartment.The views over Lyon were stunning.A pleasant walk from the apartment down Mnt du Chemin Neuf leads you straight into the old town.The owners are very helpful.The apartment is at the end of the 3rd floor of a students university residential block.I saw very few students & didnt hear any it was very peaceful.A code is required to gain access to the block another code is required to gain access to the apartment.

I had an absolutely amazing 10-day stay at La Chalet in June while studying at EMLyon business school. The warm welcome, the adorable family, and their incredible efforts to make my stay comfortable and special truly made me feel blessed. The apartment was lovely, well-maintained, and had all the amenities one could ask for. From engaging conversations to thoughtful gestures, the family's hospitality was exceptional. I highly recommend La Chalet to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay, whether it's for leisure or studying at EMLyon business school.

This place is an absolute gem, we're very happy to have found it. It has been decorated with so much love, you can just tell how special it is from the first time you set foot into it! There is a big garden, a cozy lounge outside and a friendly work space inside. Our kids loved to play with Irza, the owners' dog. Our room was so cutely decorated and done up beautifully from what used to be the vineyard worker's quarters. Breakfast was great with home-made jams, fresh bread and chocolatines, among many other things. Sonia is a warm, welcoming and very accommodating host that makes it easy for you to feel comfortable in her B&B. Would definitely stay there again!
