The welcome refreshments and biscuits, it's lovely to make a brew the minute you get in. The water was instantly hot in both kitchen and bathroom sink, and the shower was really good, very powerful. Pizza night was also a bit hit for me, just sitting outside, watching the clay oven at work. And just to finish off that everyone is so friendly, always asking if all is OK....
