    Lovely location next to the lakes and woodlands. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi bath and sauna were really nice to use. We had an issue with the boiler. I spoke or reception and before I walked back to the lodge, the engineer was already there and fixed the boiler. Loved the animals in the enchanted forest but huts were not maintained in the woodland area.

    The cleanliness, space and activities available on site. Very child friendly, elevated hot tub to prevent any slips especially for young children. The hot tub was also to the rear of the cabin and had high fences for privacy. The entire cabin was fenced which was Decorative and included a heavy duty latch.

    We were expecting a log cabin but it was a very smart type of steel cabin. The fittings were top notch .

    Nice cabin (cedar plus 10) with hot tub that was ready and hot and lake views. Cabin could have been cleaner. 4pm check in a little late and £20 early check in fee. Peaceful place, cabin well equipped. On site restaurants not cheap but nice food in jack's with excellent service.
