This place was the highlight of our trip to Croatia. Such a beautiful property located in a peaceful neighborhood. All you will hear is the sound of birds and church bells. Mario, our most amazing host, was so kind to allow us to check in at 11am. He sent us a whole list of things to do and places to visit. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable 2 day stay. Our 6year old had alot of fun in the garden outside and with all the toys at the house. Highly recommend this property for a family with young kids.

Forest House Niko truly lives up to its name. It is a wonderful little piece of heaven. The house itself is fantastic, with a blend of modern and traditional design, lots of wood, and natural elements. It is supreme in cosiness, calmness and greenery. The surrounding area is a bliss as well, a small forest which an easy entrance to the river Kupa which is lovely for baths. Everything was extremely good!

Marvelous location, next to the river, the waterfalls and the forest. Lots of privacy. Lovely large terrace :) and a cosy interior. A nice restaurant just minutes away on foot. Wifi, Max TV, Netflix. Two parking spaces. Wonderful, caring hosts! New bathroom and kitchen.

We were welcomed by very friendly hosts Marija and Andreja. The House and its interior are very nice and authentic, and our children (13 and 15) immediately loved it. There is a big and beautiful garden at the back of the House, including a lovely large veranda where you can chill during the long summer nights. There is also a very nice river with crystal clear water to swim in at 10 minutes walk. There are many daytrips within driving distance; islands with beautifull beaches, caves, waterfalls (Plitvice Lakes!) and much more!

Everythiing, house on tree, the surroundings, quietness, nature, 45 min nicely walk to the river, or with the bike, you are faster. Once you got there you can swim there or go with the kanu to the Jungle bar and swim there also. You should be careful to go on time, cause you need to get with the kanoo back to the treehouse too.At the Jungle bar spot, there are even small waterfalls you can sit in, with amazing greenery. Beautiful.
