Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The villa is close to Ubud and offers a breathtaking view of the rice fields, with a luxurious bath overlooking them for the ultimate relaxation. The design blends modern comfort with beautiful Balinese touches. The superb dipping pool, floating breakfast experience, outdoor seating area, and small kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. The property is set in a quiet area with 24-hour security, making it very peaceful and safe. beds are comfortable and had great night sleep The host was the best we’ve ever had—great communication, incredibly helpful, and made us feel at home. We stayed here for ten nights. The villa is nice, has AC, comfortable bed, a small kitchen and a very nice terrace surrounded by lots of plants. We had the option to take the breakfast on the terrace which was very convenient. You can choose between several types of breakfast, I tried all of them and I liked all of them. You can also order lunch/dinner 1h ahead, which were also good. The Sumampan waterfall is a nice waterfall located at walking distance from the villas. There are also lots of nice restaurants in the surroundings, like 5-10 minutes by scooter. There's also a very nice pool, which was most of the time empty and was my favorite from this location. The garden is also large, beautiful and well maintained. The place is very relaxing so was exactly what we needed. The personal was always nice and polite and they cleaned the room daily.

The house we stayed in and the view were amazing. The jacuzzi was enjoyable and sufficient. It has its own restaurant, and we definitely recommend getting a package that includes breakfast. They prepare everything fresh from the menu. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The restaurant is very spacious and has a great view. The staff are very attentive and helpful. We rented scooter so the location was nice for us. If we come again, we would stay here for sure. We higly recommend it!

Ipian Angel on of the few best villas in Bali. New, clean, cozy, romantic, with tropical feel pool and garden. I would stay there again on any given chance, and I reccomend to my friends and family.
