Extremely pleasant and friendly staff: they welcomed us with free coffee and cocktails, prepared our meals, and fulfilled all our requests, helping us with any issues we had. For just 400k IDR (per person), they provided us with a tour to Gunung-Batur (including round-trip transportation, an amazing guide named Suli (who deserves our immense gratitude), and an additional breakfast at the top with the best hot chocolate I've ever had).
