IrelandIt was excellent. As I was staying for a long time (more than a week) I got a higher floor. Which was excellent. I have many allergies so I had many does and don'ts for various things. The room, the food. All was taken care of by the staff. My food would be specially prepared for me without an extra charge. In short, I got the taste of Mumbai not having to worry about the side effects! The facilities were great too. The free Laundromat service was helpful and easy to use. Loved the spa and the complimentary ride with it!

Had asked my father's 85th birthday to be made special, but Lakeside Chalet made it ultra special. Gave us a wonderful upgrade, connecting rooms and one apartment had balloons and a cake -- truly lovely.
Special shoutout to the sweet staff and attentive, wonderful manager Lionel De Noronha. Amazing for family celebrations. Celebrated my mother's 70th birthday five years ago here and my dad's 85th this year.
High tea was a great spread and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Exceptional service and food.
