It was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was clean and it was so cosy and warm it gave us a feeling like we stay in our home. We really had a magical time there in the nature. The only difficult time was in the check out cause we wouldn’t like to leave it. Thanks for everything we really hope to come back in this magical country and stay longer in this absolutely wonderful cabin.

Gorgeous little cabin in a tranquil location. Well equipped kitchen. We were treated to a beautiful sunset, sunrise and a view of the Northern Lights while we were there!

Absolutely loved this place! Stunning views and serenity, so peaceful and quiet. Has everything you need and is clean and tidy. Nice and warm inside. We got lucky with the clouds and saw the northern lights from here. Also woke up to a foot of fresh snow one morning… and another foot or more of snow the next morning so I’d advise if you are getting a car rental in Iceland definitely opt for a 4x4 or AWD! The roads can be almost impassable when there’s a big dump of snow. But this cabin is superb, we would love to come back one day.

Our stay at The Dome was absolutely wonderful! The location is surrounded by nature, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We were lucky enough to see the Aurora right from there, it was truly magical. The room was warm, cozy, and comfortable, perfect for a night under the northern lights. The place was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything needed. The location is easy to find, just follow the guidance provided in Booking. In a night without clouds, you can even see the Northern Lights from the porch in front of your room!! The family owning the place are extremely kind and warm people. Gave us a lot of helpful recommendations and prepared delicious breakfast, which you can enjoy with a lovely view :) Definitely would love to come back again and highly recommend it.
