The property, as can be seen in the pictures, is luxurious. Everything you could possibly need is present, all cooking / kitchen accessories, fantastic and super fast Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, all brand new and working to perfection. As you live the front door and look left you are presented with the Colosseum at the end of the street, 1-2 minutes walk, the road also benefits from numerous restaurants with great food. The host Andrea is fantastic, very friendly and super responsive in case of any questions. One of my best stays in Rome ever, could not recommend it more.

I was a little scared because of the number of reviews. I am a person who only chooses accommodation with at least 100 reviews. I made an exception for this accommodation and it definitely paid off. Everything is extremely accessible, the apartment is a few minutes from the metro in a nice neighborhood, the apartment is absolutely great, with a relatively spacious kitchen, air conditioning in every room, a large balcony, smart blinds, and everything was just a very pleasant surprise. I know that this place is suspiciously cheap and has too many good reviews, but if you ever fly to Rome and this apartment is still available, don't hesitate and book it as soon as possible! The location is great. Both the proximity to train and metro, and being opposite the park, is very nice. The building has a small elevator and feels very safe to live in with multiple locked doors to get access. The apartment has a good size.
