The Lodge by the Sea is an absolute gem. My group of friends was craving an escape from the chaos of the big city and here, we found exactly what we needed. The house offers everything for a carefree and comfortable stay: spacious interiors, a well-equipped kitchen, three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and above all - a terrace with a breathtaking view that instantly soothes the soul. My favourite part was the balcony I started my days in. The host was really helpful, making sure we had all the information to settle in and enjoy the place to the fullest. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where it's just you and the calming rhythm of the sea, this is the place. A piece of private beach is a blast, but the Citara Beach close by, is a must see to visit as well. There’s also a local shop, a few charming restaurants and beach bars nearby. And if you're in the mood for a more luxurious experience, the Poseidon Therme Gardens is just around the corner. Highly recommended for those looking to disconnect, recharge, and remember what stillness feels like.

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
