The property has underground parking which is great considering there could be rain/storm.. The property is close to the city center and has a nice view to the mountains. Bed was comfortable and living room and kitchen area was big enough to accomodate 4 people. Kitchen is well equiped.

Regardless of the fact that it is an attic, it is extremely spacious, with even two newer bathrooms. Best of all is the location, about 100m to the gondola. Michela was very warm and kind.

Great location, perfect amenities for our nice family stay. Great starting point to Marmolada, Civetta and Arraba. 15/20mins walk to Alleghe lake through a nice and well organized path.
