If you're looking for a place in Rome for around €100, this is a great option! Many places are easily accessible by bus or subway. The apartment is very clean, and many items are new. The landlord responds quickly and never disturbs us. One small suggestion: I couldn’t find any cleaning supplies when I wanted to tidy up, so it would be helpful if the landlord could provide a set and leave it on the balcony.

The property, as can be seen in the pictures, is luxurious. Everything you could possibly need is present, all cooking / kitchen accessories, fantastic and super fast Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, all brand new and working to perfection. As you live the front door and look left you are presented with the Colosseum at the end of the street, 1-2 minutes walk, the road also benefits from numerous restaurants with great food. The host Andrea is fantastic, very friendly and super responsive in case of any questions. One of my best stays in Rome ever, could not recommend it more.

Alex was the best host ever. He has a booklet with instructions to help visitors, left some gifts and food when you arrive. He was really supportive. Besides, the apartment is new and super comfortable. There is a train station very close to the apartment that has connections with the metro line therefore you can arrive in any place in 20 or 30 mins.

I was a little scared because of the number of reviews. I am a person who only chooses accommodation with at least 100 reviews. I made an exception for this accommodation and it definitely paid off. Everything is extremely accessible, the apartment is a few minutes from the metro in a nice neighborhood, the apartment is absolutely great, with a relatively spacious kitchen, air conditioning in every room, a large balcony, smart blinds, and everything was just a very pleasant surprise. I know that this place is suspiciously cheap and has too many good reviews, but if you ever fly to Rome and this apartment is still available, don't hesitate and book it as soon as possible!
