Great place, new, cozy and everything was perfectly clean. Apartment had everything we need to live comfortably for few days and it was bigger than we actually needed. Shop, restaurants, pastry shops, farmacy and emergency service all inside 5 min drive by car.

A beautiful property set in a stunning location. The staff, breakfast, and room were all excellent. We had a shared washroom but with three on the floor it was never an issue accessing one. There are plenty of hikes of varying difficulty directly from the property. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We couldn't have been more delighted with our stay at Picenin 61. Andy and his team were delightful throughout the process, from booking, to advice before our arrival, to check-in, to personally making us cappucinos and cocktails during our stay. The housekeeper even helped us with much needed laundry in the midst of a long trip. The Sportony property is lovely - we almost wished we had stayed there - but we really enjoyed Picenin 61. The house was spotless (my wife wondered if we were the first ever guests). The views were magnificent, the design tasteful, the appointments perfect. It's just a block from a beautiful old church, and you can access hiking trails without getting in a car. This was our first trip to Alta Badia and we didn't really know what to expect. La Villa turned out to be the perfect base for us, and Picenin 61 the perfect lodging. Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit again some day!

This was a great apartment and fit our family of 4 perfectly. We liked having the extra space versus staying in a traditional hotel. we had apartment 10 which was 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
