We loved the location in the Italian Alpine town of Valtournenche which has a super ski area and us very well connected to Cervinia too. The accommodation was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The kitchen was especially well equipped. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were comfortable and we liked the fact that all the rooms had dressing gowns and slippers for all guests. The bathrooms had lovely products for washing. Chalet was ready on arrival so no waiting around and simple, no fuss process for picking up keys. Communication from HelloChalet was excellent, from check-in instructions and directions to frequent checks to see if there were any problems. Northern Lights chalet was perfect for a family holiday. The typical mountain house all around here remind me the village of Harry Potter. I can alsi imaging how beautiful can be during summer time. Host very friendly and professional, always ready to give me information about restarunt and nice place. Absolutely one of the best house I’ve ever been.
