Very friendly older couple :) The cabin had everything (running water, toilet, wood stove, kitchen, futon). By car close to the ski areas. I loved the experience with the wood stove during winter

The staff is charming and made everything as easy as possible. The breakfast is very good. Also, I would like to point out that we had a problem with the bus and the owner came to pick us up and drove for half an hour to help us. In short, exceptional!

Anna and Aiden were excellent hosts. The Lodge was clean, warm and comfortable. Cosy beds and fabulous hot showers!. Ample breakfast was provided with a delicious home cooked hot option. We were fortunate to have a car, but I believe the Lodge mini bus and the resort Shuttle services worked well for other guests. Great value for money, lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend.     Nice and cozy place to stay at Niseko. Bus stop for the ski bus and hirafu shuttle are nearby. You'll love the fireplace, it's the best for snowy evenings. Evebody was king and helpful. The villa is a separate building connected to the main one with inside corridor, so coming for the breakfast is easy and with no need to go outside. If you don't have a car, it's possible to get morning hotel shuttle to the gondola.

    Nice place to stay couple of days in a « chalet type » house! Great to share good times in the common room! Comfortable and well located - despite a 15min uphill walk to the skiing area, there is a free shuttle service from the hosts in the morning and it’s perfect !

    The front desk staff were incredibly responsive, regardless of my never ending questions. The shuttle drivers were warm and welcoming and eager to share their local knowledge. Having groceries delivered before we arrived was a life saver. All aspects of the facilities at the chalet were exceptional. The shuttle service was easy to request and responsive.
