Cabins in Banlung

The owner Sart and his family were the most hospitable hosts you could ask for. His wife cooks good food for a very affordable price. They don't have a set menu but we ate omelette with baguette, fried noodles and curry there. He was happy to arrange whatever activity we would like and didn't charge extra for activities arranged by others such as riding elephant even though he arranged everything. He only charged for the tuk tuk ride there and back.  The rooms and bathroom were simple but clean and had wifi. In the nights you could see a lot of stars and hear true sounds of crickets.

The treetop Eco-Lodge is excellent value for money sent in a quiet wooded area in walking distance to town and other restaurants and cafes. The staff are super friendly. There’s is a basic restaurant catering Khmer and Western food.

San Soeun offers the most kind and warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay with him and his beautiful family, it has been a highlight of our time in Cambodia. San is willing to help assist you with anything you need, offers jungle treks and advice on the local area. He even shared with us some tasty fish he had caught himself that day, such a treat! The room is simple but very comfortable with all that you need, the bed is huge! The view is gorgeous and the smell of the trees that surround you makes for a great break from busy cities. If you are looking to experience the authentic Cambodia then this is the place for you! San Seouns beautiful family made this place so special for us, watching the local children play, and spending the evening playing games with his bright daughter Awa are memories we won't forget! This is a beautiful and well run place to stay. I was made welcome as soon as I arrived. Room was very nice and such good value for money. Peaceful place even with it being next to the lake where there was much singing and dancing and fireworks for the water festival (Bon Om Touk). Green and lush surroundings. I ordered my chicken fried rice when I arrived for 4 hours later. 4 hours later I was eating chicken fried rice.

At the price you pay don't expect anything fancy. But really we liked everything. We booked trekking tour to the jungles for 4days, and it was amazing, we totally loved it. Owners are welcoming and helpful.
