Sri Lanka 3rd april arrived at 8:40 am in Colombo. We have pre booked a driver to bring us to our hotel in Bentota Beach. 1,5hrs car ride to Kurumba villas and 45 USD later we arrived at this amazing jungle like garden with a beautiful pool. Only 5 villas therefore, never crowded and lots of space for ourselves. Villas are large with outdoor like showers but not actually outdoors so no insects, geckos or spiders inside. Beds are comfy and staff is super friendly. Especially Lal gave us amazing service. Inside the garden we saw chipmunks, a water monitor and many birds and butterflies. Internet at the villa is great, and the street next to the hotel can be heard in the garden but didnt bother us at all at night. Card payment for the room is accepted, extra services like massage or restaurant charges are preferred in cash. About 5 mins walk to the next store or pharmacy and 10-15 min to the beach. Also they offer services to drive you where you need to go. At benitota Beach was amazing sunset, beautiful wide beaches and at night we had a fruitplatter at one of the beach beds at tunaturner. Card payments accepted.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Thank you, Anthea and Dagi, for your exceptional hospitality. As per our request, they prepared a variety of egg dishes and a fantastic English breakfast. We must specifically mention the fresh watermelon juice—it was incredibly tasty! The location is around 1.5 to 2 km away from the beach, but this was no issue as Dagi kindly arranged a free shuttle service for easy beach access. They even dropped us back at the villa after we finished our outing. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended! Boat ride tour is amazing. comparing with others here rates are very reasonable and friendly. please book for 2 night. cannot cover the activities with in a day.

Nice cabins, in the middle of nature. Breakfast is amazing good! The owners and their daughter are soooo friendly. Wish I could have stayed longer. Rent a bicycle and explore around!

This is the best hotel to stay for a vacation. The staff are really kind and helpful. They are always ready to help us. We received the amazing service from the hotel. Very nice pool. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Everything was same as the pictures. Breakfast and dinner was so good. Specially dinner. They prepared it accordingly to our wish. The person who talked with me was so nice, so kind. He s name is Insaf. He is a great guy. He made my trip so easy. I really appreciate his effort. Other than that remaining staff are so kind. Really nice apartment directly at the sea with good air conditioning and wifi and a balcony with sea view! The breakfast was delicious and huge and there are several amazing, quiet beaches really close by. Sana was the most caring and lovely host! He organized a sunbed for free whenever I was asking for it, guided me around the area and had a lot of great hints and recommendations for my stay.

The Host Nuwan went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful with suggestions of things to see and do in the area. Suban the tuk tuk driver and helper at the hotel took us on an excellent tour of the area and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Breakfast here was amazing and well worth the price. I would highly recommend staying here.
