We had wonderful stay at the place. The surrounding settings of the hotel is hilly and it was blessed with super view. Room is vary spacious and nicely laid to have maximum benifit of the view. Amazing fusion food with varry attentive staff. Every one there to help you with smile. They set out our dinner at outside terrece. Vary Romantic. We will come back again soon once we finish our round trip.

Our family loved the homely vibe with clean rooms, bathroom and kitchenette. We were able to wash and dry our clothes, and do our own cooking for some meals. We also explored a nearby viewpoint/lookout and watched some movies that were on the TV provided. Definitely would stay again. Lal, the host, also provided us fruit and soft drinks, which was very kind.

Everything, literally everything, the staff was super helpful, the view was super awesome, the best stay so far from srilanka in the past 10 visits.

Had a wonderful stay here! The location is beautiful, you see the Nine Arches Bridge from the room! The room was clean and nice :) The family was so nice and kind to us, and here I had the best coconut rotti with dhal curry (homemade). Eat here don’t go outside ahaha

Nethsara was absolutely unique experience! The views from chalet were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and the lady who rented this accomodation is very nice, kind and helpful. We felt like in the jungle, amazing experience, we even heard some animals running on the roof In the middle of night, so cool!

That was the BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever had during the stay. The host and his family was kind, helpful in unbelievable way. They cared about us so much, they've been serving tea and other meals throughout the stay. Food was delicious, place was a bit far from the city centre which was an advantage taking into consideration the traffic in Ella. The host guided us in Tea Factory and took us for the sunrise trekking to ELLA Rock. If u ever have a change to come to Ella, you need to choose this one.

We had a great stay at arana. Very relaxing location in the tree tops with stunning views. Rooms were beautiful, great WiFi & included a safe. We did the cooking class, yoga and meditation class and all were great. Breakfast also great. Staff were lovely.
