Very impressed at the quality and comfort for the price. The bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve had in Sri Lanka so far. I also appreciated the balcony and the small fridge in the room. A/C worked well. We briefly met the owner and he was very welcoming to us.

The villa was perfect for our first week in Sri Lanka! Nuwan and his staff/family could not have been more accommodating. From airport pickup to arranging tuktuks to picking up takeout for us, nothing could have been better! The food was lovely and very good value for money. I would not hesitate to stay at Nuwans place again, thank you!

Fantastic stay at the Eco Lodge. Wonderfully built, very spacious and comfortable in a quiet location, but close enough to restaurants, shops and the beach. Surrounded by lush vegetation and fruit trees with a feeling of very much being in nature. Chandi and her family are so friendly and kind and we loved our time at the lodge, it has everything you need. Highly recommended if coming to the Hikkaduwa area!

We stayed in Ginganga Lodge 7 nights and loved the place so much! We liked everything! What a beautiful property - lots of privacy, lush plants, animals and birds everywhere. Nicely decorated houses and rooms, very comfortable and safe. The food was so good - both the breakfast and we had the dinner also in Ginganga - the chefs are on the level and very good quality food! Also cocktails were very good! All the staff were so frendly and helpful but especially hosts - Dineshi and Indika - made our stay so special. Thank you so much for that!! They organized tuk-tuk or car when ever needed to the towns nearby or to the beach (15 min to beach), organized the day trip to Yala NAtional Park and Tea Plantation, all agreements were kept and they suggested the better soultions during our stay. We ordered the massage which was really nice. So we really felt like in paradise. We will definitely go back to Ginganga Lodge when we travel to Sri Lanka again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place itself is truly beautiful, surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the area. I loved my time at the lodge. The accommodation is run by a family and has been opened just some weeks ago. Not only does it look really beautiful and stilish, every little detail has been planned with love. There is a warm shower with good water pressure, the bed is incredibly comfortable and the food prepared by the mother is simply delicious! I did a cooking class with her and Malik gave me a tour of Galle. The center is not far away and the way to get there is fantastic! You are on your own in the lodge and have plenty of peace and privacy, but the family always welcomes you and ensures you have an unforgettable time. I will definitely come back and stay longer!
