Cabins in Tangalle

I took a cooking class with a friend of mine. They put so much effort into it, organized everything and really showed us authentically how they cook. Definitely can recommend taking the class there, they even gave us a small booklet with the recipes. They were also flexible as to our wishes (eg just vegetarian curries). The food we cooked was amazing! Also the price for it was great in comparison to other places. Loveliest hosts u had during my two weeks in Sri Lanka!

We are a young couple from Austria and found the villas through coincidence. We recently spent a few nights at the Tomorrowland Hostel in Ella. (where the hospitality far exceeded typical hostel standards.) When we mentioned our plans to travel to the South Coast, Tomorrowland’s Guest Relations Officer, Pooja, introduced us to their brand-new upscale boutique property—Tomorrowland Beach Villas in Rekawa, Tangalle—promising a luxurious all-inclusive experience. We decided to give it a try From the moment we arrived at the property, it felt like a slice of paradise. We were warmly welcomed by two wonderful hosts who greeted us with cool, refreshing towels and freshly squeezed fruit juices—an incredibly thoughtful touch after our journey. Hungry from the trip, we were soon treated to the best hash browns we’ve ever had—crispy, golden, and delightfully thick, almost the size of a deep-dish, medium pizza! Accompanied by perfectly boiled eggs, a plate of fresh tropical fruits, and organic tea from Sri Lanka’s highlands, the breakfast set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The all-inclusive package included a magical canoeing trip on the serene Rekawa Lagoon and a spectacular beachside dinner. We've never come across an all-inclusive experience of this caliber in Sri Lanka. From the romantic cabins with extra-long beds to the wide, luxurious sunbeds on the private beach, every detail of our stay was designed for comfort and indulgence. The warm hospitality, exquisite food, unlimited drinks, and impeccable service made our experience truly exceptional. It's a real insider tip, still spared from the crowds of tourists ;) We cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a five-star, all-inclusive getaway where you’ll be pampered from start to finish, Tomorrowland Beach Villas is the place to go! Thank you Pooja! We will come back :)

What a beautiful place to stay. Felt like in a 5 star hotel. Complete privacy, big tropical garden and very humble and gentle host. The lady even sewed my partners torn trousers. The room is very spacious and has a silent AC. There was a lot of thougt put into the decoration, making it truly the tangalle triangle. Breakfast was big and tasty and served on the (triangular) garden table. The house is located outside of tangalle so if proximity to the center is important, this place might not be the right choice. However we spent two nights there and never stepped a foot into the center. Restaurants are located nearby (recommend "hipster cafe" and "fresh lovely food") and the beach is 5min by foot.

Beautiful place, surrounded by nature with a view on the lagoon, peacocks running around and an amazing beach a 10 min walk away. The a/c was working well. Everything was very clean. The owner was very friendly and prepared the best food I had in Sri Lanka.

Most amazing accomodation of our entire Sri Lanka trip! Beautiful view over the lagoon from the balcony of our cabana. The owner and staff are incredible. Definitely ask for the Sri Lankan breakfast:)

Peace and calmness of the place

Beachfront location you can see the sunrise from your bed. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Hope to come back one day.
