Very hostile and communicative owner. Very nice and quiet place. Just monkeys sometime run over the roof and make noise. Accomodation is roughly 600m from the elephant orphanage. There is nothing in direct vicinity but jungle. Good breakfast after safari. Safari arranged by the owner, we got picked up directly in the accommodation.

Very nice location only 30 m in the pool. Room was clean. The owner is very friendly . He help us arranged our Safari tour next day morning . It was amazing. Our Driver Really good person . We saw 1 Leopard and lot of animals . We are really enjoyed here. Highly recommend

We stayed 2 nights in this village jungle oasis among coconut trees, at this super friendly family. Great location, a bit off the beaten path but very comfortable, great huge bed, no mosquitos. Super shower! Our hosts cooked great food for us, we got the best breakfast during our 3week stay in Sri Lanka. We also went on a super full day safari with Sujee, was a highlight of our trip, saw many elephants!

Everything was perfect! The room was really clean and spacious, and the host was incredibly kind. He even allowed us a late checkout since our safari ended at 12 PM and prepared a delicious breakfast for us to take along early in the morning. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Udawalawe.

Michael is a person with a kind heart. It was great to meet him and to know a bit more about his life and the place. He made all the decoration himself and everything is very original. I had an absolutely amazing time at Nature Glow Cottage. The family is so lovely. They helped me organize the safari tour, which was really great! The food there was incredible.
