The place was located almost in the middle of nowhere, about 50 minutes Ouarzazate, in an amazingly beautiful oasis surrounded by mountains. The staff were very welcoming, kind and made us delicious breakfast, they made our stay very enjoyable.

Situated 10 km from Ouarzazate city center, Ferme d'Hôte Ecolodge l'île de Ouarzazate provides an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi.

The ecolodge is located in one of the most ecologically interesting and beautiful plateaus (1000 m elevation) in between the Tizi n’Tichka pas and the dessert of Zagora. Aboslutely gorgeous view with the barage on one side and Ouarzazate at the other. The Ecolodge makes its name worthy, with its garden full of fruit trees and a natural swimming pool, food served from local produce. The staff was excellent, kind and helpfull. A big shout out to Ali, Mohammed and Mimoun for their execellent work. They even surprised our little daugther with a birthday cake and tachelhit songs. Quite an experience. Thank you all at Ecolodge.

Ecolodge La Palmeraie is a 6-minute drive from the centre of Ouarzazate and an 8-minute drive from Taourirt Kasbah.

The Ecolodge is an absolute sanctuary. Shady, cool with beautiful sustainable gardens and farm animals. It's a nice place to escape the dessert heat. The accommodation is great too, traditionally built and decorated in and amongst the gardens. Clean and spacious and the staff were friendly helpful.
