New, clean and with all the things you need. They offer delicious breakfast, packed lunch and dinner for a good price. The owner cooks delicious food! The wooden huts are quite new and clean, they're very small if you have 4 people (two single beds and a double in the loft), but otherwise they're cosy and have a tiny kitchenette and fridge (which both work fine). The hot shower was fine. There is also a free-standing radiator which is important in the early and late season when it gets cold at night.
