The rooms and facilities are really clean, the location looks beautiful, people are very friendly and really important, (especially after walking for a few days) the food is delicious. We stayed in a cabin for 2 persons before walking the Tour of the Balkans, and decided to come back when we were done. Unfortunately, all cabins were booked, but we could pitch our tent. (This could be the only minus point, as there are few flat spots to pitch a tent) One day later, there was a cabin available again, so we decided to extend our stay.

10/10 – A perfect mountain retreat! Staying in this wooden cabin was truly one of the most beautiful travel experiences we’ve ever had! The house is perfectly located in untouched nature, right on the Peaks of the Balkans trail and next to a gently flowing river. Waking up to the sounds of nature, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and looking out through the large glass windows — absolutely magical. The cabin is spotlessly clean, cozy, and modern, yet warm and in harmony with the surroundings. Surrounded by a forest of fir, pine, and spruce, it truly felt like a fairytale. And the hosts? Incredible! So kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They gave us great hiking tips and shared interesting stories about the local area. We felt completely at home. This is a place we’ll never forget — perfect for anyone seeking peace, nature, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for everything, we’ll definitely be back! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Bujtina Selimaj! The owner and his family were extremely friendly, welcoming and arranging. They helped us out via email before arrival and then picked us up at the Plav bus stop. The home-cooked dinner and breakfast were delicious and it was a very friendly and warm beginning to our Peaks of the Balkans hike. Bujtina Selimaj is perfectly located on the route to Vusanje, to save the first few kilometres! Thanks again and would highly recommend:)

Exceptional accommodation for nature lovers, with the loveliest owner! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the camp. The location is unique, right next to the lake, with mountains surrounding it. We used the boat to explore the lake, campfire and hammock while looking at the shooting stars. Big thanks to Almas, his parents and the whole family!

My 3 days stay was amazing, it felt like home!! The location is amazing, which allows you to hike for days. The food is home cooked and is also amazing and the best food you will find during a Peaks of the Balkans trail. The host (Agron) and his family are extremely kind people and nothing is too much for them! I stayed for 3 days and Agron arranged my transfer from Podgorica and every day mapped out my hiking trails with me! In addition, we did a jeep tour which was amazing! I will definitely come back for the quad tour and some extra hiking (especially know I found out that Agron is also able to help with trails and your border permits)!

We stayed in the cottage #1. It was very clean and cosy, comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 4 people. The lake view from the balconies is stunning, perfect place to have morning coffee. Property has private parking and is conveniently situated if you are planning to drive to different hiking areas. We really enjoyed our stay 🫶

The stay was wonderful. The house is cozy and very roomy, perfect for 4-5 people. The owner is very friendly and caring. I definitely recommend staying with this owner.

Property was amazing, at great location and very nicely equipped - everything you need for a nature retreat. Also, the hosts were great, they were giving us fruits and tea, which was a pleasant treat! Also, the breakfast was huge and very tasty. The hosts were very hospitable and super kind. The location is perfect, with bungalows situated among trees, providing nice shade. The trails start right from the bungalows, which is convenient. During our three-night stay, everything exceeded our expectations. If you truly want to immerse yourself in the environment and culture of the region, I highly recommend staying for a few nights to connect with the place. The hosts are amazing people, always ready to help. Bisa, one of the hosts, is always there to assist, even though her English may not be perfect. It's adorable how she explains everything. Without a doubt, this is the best place in Grebaja valley.
