Well equipped, nice place to spend some days or evening. Everything was like in description and even exceeded expectations. Nice calm surroundings, easy to find and parking on site.

We have arrived long after dark and we couldn't find the studio. I dialled the owner's number: "Come and see me at the shop, the door is open", she said. I followed the light, entered the shop and suddenly found myself in paradise. The shop was a collection of farmer's cheese, beer, home-made wine, honey, fruit jam and all sorts of things. You will never buy this stuff at supermarkets, it's all authentic. So we bought a few pieces of cheese, some beer and jam. We tried it back home - it's overwhelmingly delicious! So my advise is: if you at De Rozephoeve Studio go to the shop! We were served by Susanne, very friendly and charming lady. The studio itself is a little comfy wooden house with a terrace. Everything simple traveller needs is there. Inside is very clean. The terrace view is unbelievable: fields, cows and forest at the distance. So if you are looking for a rural charm in Netherlands De Rozephoeve is definitely a place!

Quiet location, plenty of parking for guests. Great spot to use as a base for a road trip around the Netherlands/Belgium. We loved how peaceful the garden was- enjoyed watching all the birds in the pond and at the feeders in the morning. The cabin was so comfortable- such a well-planned design to fit everything into such a compact floorplan and it still felt roomy! The bed was extremely comfortable and we were happy to have kitchen to prepare a few meals in. The hosts were incredibly kind on both arrival and check out- 100% would recommend Appel Lodge to others looking for a peaceful stay.

I stayed at this property for a short period, and overall, my experience was good and comfortable. The location is excellent, and the place is pleasantly quiet. The cleanliness was average, and there were no towels or toilet paper provided upon arrival. Also, the spa tub operates with firewood, but unfortunately, no wood was available. Despite these small issues, considering the price, they are understandable. One small note: I kindly suggest improving the response time to guests’ messages, as I sent several messages without receiving a reply. Thank you for the stay, and I wish you all the best in the future!

This is a small house with an excellent design, cosy atmosphere, but still highly practical. We enjoyed the interior as well as area around the house. There is a forest, park, swimming pool, supermarket 5 minutes by car etc…
