The apartment was spacious and I loved being surrounded by green plants and trees—as well as having a grapefruit tree outside my window. The proprietor was gracious and generous, and yes her cakes at tea time were truly wonderful!!

Easy checkin and checkout. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Parking near the door. The location was great to explore Takapuna and then to drive north. The room was quiet.

Ground-floor units have been newly renovated at the end of 2023. All studios are equipped with air-conditioning, heating, 32-inch TVs with SKY channels, and ironing facilities.
