The lady at the reception is lovely. She helped us carry our luggages and agreed to keep them while we went to explore Dunedin. She was patient and gave us a room downstairs when she saw that we arrived with a lot of luggages. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was cleaned after the first night. Not many accommodation does that. The bed was comfortable and warm with layers of blankets. We enjoy the facilities and services provided.

Great location , friendly & helpful staff , nothing was a problem ! Allowed us to check in an hour earlier so we could shower & change for a pre graduation function that started at 2 pm .

I love the concept of tiny homes so this was great to be able to stay in 1! Everything was spotless and the added condiments, plenty of towels & warmth of the accomodation was great! Very easy to find with heaps of on street parking, it was effortless to find the property, get the keys & settle in. We really enjoyed it
