The place was much more than we have expected! The view is amazing, the house is absolutely beautiful and big, great and equipped kitchen, a lot of outside seating areas, beautiful garden! And Matt was great to talk to and helped with everything! It’s a big house with several bedrooms to rent, but the room was very big and isolated.

We could not have hoped for a better place to stay, or for better hosts. Juliet and David have created a beautiful place to stay in a quiet, stunning setting, forming a perfect base from which to explore Queenstown, Glenorchy and all of the stunning area around. The room was perfect, the breakfasts were outstanding ( they do undersell them by calling them Continental breakfasts......they're so much more than that), and the banana bread is more legendary than Lord Of The Rings 😊. To top it all, Juliet and David are perfect hosts; friendly, generous, informative...everything you would want from hosts, and so much more. If we are lucky enough to return to New Zealand again (sooner than the 20 year gap between our first and last visit), this will be the first place we book. Thank you both for helping to make the end of our holiday so memorable. Mark & Liz

Excellent stay at the country lodge! We had the whole house to ourselves and it was so nice to enjoy big full kitchen and make yourself fresh eggs for breakfast, enjoy big luxurious living room, lots of room for our baby to crawl around and explore. We also saw friendly sheep in the morning and it was lovely! Also location is great, especially if you, like us , continue next morning to Aoraki Mountain (Mt.Cook).

Literally everything. They kindly let us checkin very early as we had been up all night due to a cancelled flight. The rooms were clean, smelled fresh, bathroom was the same and the location is great - walking distance to the City Centre. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Big Thank you Blue Peaks ❤️

Excellent stay at the country lodge! We had the whole house to ourselves and it was so nice to enjoy big full kitchen and make yourself fresh eggs for breakfast, enjoy big luxurious living room, lots of room for our baby to crawl around and explore.
