Very clean, cozy, good location. The gardens looked perfect, they are doing a great job do keep the facilities gorgeous. Tongariro alpine Crossing 50 km away, for those in for fishing Tongariro river is just behind the corner as you simply get out from the lodge there.

The kids loved the play area and the lawn to run around on. The table and chairs on our balcony were a nice place for meals, especially with a messy toddler. Parking was handy, key lockbox was easy.
