The accommodation was excellent, very clean and tidy. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and the lady at the reception was very friendly, nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again. Was very close to the shopping centre and close to our aunty's place who we were visiting at the time. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Absolutely loved our time at this fantastic B&B in beautiful Wellington. It's located on a quiet hillside overlooking from where the Picton ferry sails from. Our room was extremely comfortable, cosy and well equipped with a lovely bathroom, which included a fabulous bath. Lou and Chris, the hosts, are a lovely couple who could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a delicious healthy breakfast each day of our stay, and enjoyed chatting to Lou & Chris over a cup of tea. This is a brilliant place to stay if you're going to catch the ferry to the South Island as it's only a short drive from here. Wellington is a fabulous city and you'll be pushed to find a better place to stay than Harbour Lodge. Highly recommended !
