Everything! It is a proper adventure going up and coming down. The guides are the real stars in the experience. They help you every step of the way - going up and coming down. Once you reach the hotel - they make a splendid meal with amazing presentation. It is unbelievable really. We reached after dark and once we got up in the morning - the views were stunning! Special shout out to Alen for helping my wife at every step of the way.

The Lodge is highly recommendable. The area is super safe and close to the center of Urubamba. The Family Bungalows are very spacious and super clean. We saw that the team cleaned everything (including curtains and windows) after each departure. They cleaned it also from the „former“ energy. Breakfast was served direkt to your bungalow at the time you want - just tell them per WhatsApp or personally. The service is outstanding. Luis and Anna helped us more than we ever expected. I had a medical issue because of the altitude and Luis drove us to the medical center - stayed and translated for us! Just amazing! Anna and Luis are the souls and the owners of the Kutimuy Lodge - Thank you for all you did - from our hearts! Go there - enjoy the Lodge and never ask if the price is to high! It is not! Everything was beautiful in our room, fire lit and every night in our whirl pool! it really was luxury and a stay we will never forget. staff went above and beyond and we enjoyed our trout farm visit too!

My upstairs suite was absolutely stunning looking over a beautiful river and the Andes. The bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast was very generous with the best coffee I've had in Peru thus far. I absolutely loooooved the decor and the bathroom was beautiful, large and filled with beautiful indoor plants. Highly recommend Spirit of the lodge for anyone looking to spend some time in the sacred valley.

Stan and Edith are delightful hosts- so helpful and friendly. They helped us to organise some riding with their friend and gave us great info about a lovely local walk to Pumamarca. The room was really comfy and clean and the breakfast was great.

The beautiful house offers a large common room with comfortable sofas and a wonderful view of the large garden and surrounding mountains. The stylishly furnished room (free upgrade) was very spacious and had a large bathroom and a comfortable sofa. I slept very well in the large bed. The host prepared a very rich and fresh breakfast tailored to individual preferences. The host was also helpful in organising activities in the area and gave some tips. Casafranca was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip through Peru. Highly recommended.
