staffs were all so king and gentle. I had to carry my 20kg luggage to 3rd floor and he was willing to help me even with carrying it back down. location was nice and breakfast was amazing with various and nutritious options. i would definitely come back!

Hi, we loved everything about the place. The atmosphere, the interior. We had booked a transfer from the airport. It took about half an hour to get to the Pensao. At our arrival we were met by very friendly staff for the check-in. Note that You have to go to the bar and ask to be fetched to the reception that is behind closed doors. We got a welcome drink and a briefing of how everything works. Our room was perfect. Nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept like babies. The noise from the street bars didn’t bother us at all. We could hear the sound, but it was not loud or in any way inconvenient. The breakfast basket was just enough what one need to have a nice and cozy start after a intense night. The basket contained, coffee, juice, yogurt, white & dark bread, croissants, jam, butter and was delivered to our room at a hour of your choosing. Localization is perfect with walking distance to the local market, food court, central station, boardwalk by the water, good restaurants and bars. Live music on squares here and there for one to dance away. People very nice and friendly, so even the tourist The bar at the Pensao is very popular and there will be a queue in the evening with dj playing. Lot of tourists everywhere but it didn’t feel bad in any way just because the friendliness of the locals spread over to us. Basically we did not have anything to complain about. We excellent weather about 30 Celsius during the day and around 20 Celsius during the night.

Location was outstanding and hard to beat. Bed was very comfortable, the shower excellent, airco worked perfectly and there was a good mini fridge. But the really outstanding thing about this property was the staff who could not have been more obliging or helpful, and always with a big smile. Exceptional staff were Ms Ines and Ms Taija, with Taija even escorting us outside to ensure we found the right direction and pathway to an attraction. Nothing we asked for was too hard for them. Given the central location the room was also very pleasantly quiet. Overall the presentation of this property was funky and stylish, and clearly different from mainstream offerings.

Set in Lisbon's historic centre, Esqina Urban Lodge is a short 3-minute walk from Chiado and a 2-minute walk from Rossio Square.

Beautiful modern accommodation, quiet surroundings, trouble-free parking and a very nice and helpful owner. There are grocery stores nearby where you can buy absolutely everything and they are open even on weekends. The beach is a short drive away. We would love to come back here anytime.
