Host was exceptional, host was generous with her time and provided us with things to do/see in area, host allowed us to store our motorcycle in her private garage, had use of hosts washing machine, close to grocery stores, other shops, coffee shops, wine cellars/lodges & many restaurants. Cabin had everything we need to enjoy cooking some of our own meals, walking distance to Porto and Aforada fishing village.

Perfect location: 3 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to train station but no train noises to interfere the peaceful location. There was even a dedicated cycling path all the way up to Porto! Apartment was small but very well-designed so we never felt cramped, and we loved having a spacious private backyard. Hosts were super sweet, welcoming, and pointed us to some amazing neighborhoods & restaurants.

Very secluded and private. I loved the big windows looking into the garden, and I loved the fact how convenient and close it was to Porto. Was our first time visiting Porto and we were very glad that we didn’t stay in the city, especially as we already live in a big city, was so nice to get away and be in nature and so close to the city and supermarkets.

This is a very lovely hospitable place to stay.. Meire......the lady that looks after the house was absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome. The house has some wonderful facilities and is only a five minute walk from the beach. This is an ideal place to stay for singles or couples. I Was made to feel very at home here and met some really nice people while I was there. The location is fantastic and the people of Vila do conde are so nice.... Will definitely be back in October......i:) Thank you for a wonderful stay....
