We liked staying in Sao Vicente - a small city with everything you need at hand - restaurants, bakery and stores, a convenient location to visit the North of Madeira. The house is very well equipped and the terrace is very nice.

The location and view was stunning. Spacious, clean and private. So luxurious! A delicious breakfast was delivered promptly each morning by a very polite lady 😀 The kitchenette was very much appreciated. The full glass wall was amazing, letting natural light and air flow through the apartment. Netflix was also set up and logged in which was a nice tough. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. Check in was a breeze too. High recommend!

It's a very convenient and cozy place to stay, fully furnished and warm. At the same time the hosts are the main advantage of this house. They helped us a lot and we are very appreciative of all they did. We'll stay there next time for sure

- most amazing host: accepted arrival time in the middle of the night; waited for us with food; warned us of weather conditions; was already ready to assist with anything; brought cookies; generally very friendly; - house in mint condition: everything is new, clean and well kempt; all appliances work; - kitchen is well equipped; - house is in an remote area, away from the chaos of the city; it has a spectacular view over the mountain and valley; - there is air conditioning in each room, very well suited to cover the somewhat cold nights.

Fantastic! 😁👌🏼 what a pleasure being few days at Pereira Place. First of all, Filipe is a great host : full of advices, flexible and nice. The cottage is well located with the view on the sea (it was great for the breakfast!), 5 min by car from the sea, shops and restaurants. it is also clean and well equipped with the kitchen and the washing machine 👍🏼 thanks again !
