We stayed in the one-bedroom chalet and absolutely loved it! The upstairs bedroom with the huge picture windows was so fantastic. We had rainy, chilly weather, so didn't take advantage of the outdoor seating and table, but it is really beautifully set up, inside and out. You can walk along the stream to get to a medieval bridge and, judging by the rope swing, it looked like you could swim in the stream in the summer. It's also a nice private location, at the end of the road with the three rental units well spaced out from one another. There's lots of nice sight-seeing and hiking to do in the area. We will definitely go back if we make another trip to Portugal.

Luisa was incredible! We stayed 3 nights here and loved our time. It was relaxing and filled with making us feel at home! She provided us with a fridge full of food upon arrival and a small bottle of her own wine. Each morning she bought us fresh bread, cakes, eggs, juice etc which was such a nice touch! As we were heading out one morning she caught us and showed us the wine being made in the process which was fantastic to see! Always a text or call away and lots of recommendations and even offer to use the pool in her other property. We couldn’t recommend this place more - perfect location for a stay in the Douro Valley!

Beautiful place with the best view. The room was big enough, with beautiful bathroom and also bathtub in the room. The bed was very comfortable and again with a fantastic view. There is also a little terrace where you can just sit and sip your glass of wine while enjoying the view of the mountains. Every morning we had a fantastic breakfast with everything you can think of (sweet pastry and cakes, eggs, cheese, hams, fruit, yougurts, bread....). Bruno, the host, is very nice and very helpful. He also recommended us places around which we could visit. We would definitely recommend this accomodation and would love to come back again.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hosts were super friendly and provided recommendations for activities in the area. The garden was lovely with a great pool. The private setting offered a peaceful experience surrounded by beautiful nature.

We loved our 2 nights here. A beautiful wooden cottage, very clean, equipped kitchenette, very comfortable beds and a good sized shower. The terrace was massive with a private small pool, bbq area, deck chairs and an awesome view. Our host Cecile, was very welcoming and friendly. She showed us their wine making area and gave us lots of information on their vineyards, the wine making and Douro valley. We bought 2 bottles of their Sauvignon Blanc at a great price and with a superb taste. Thanks Cecile for your kindness.

The views are amazing!! For once even better than promised by the pictures👌 Everything worked, and the quality is well worth thw price. We stayd there on a quiet night but it may be good to check in advance if there are bigger events happening - it’s a popular wedding and party venue, for a good reason😊
