Cabins in Pak Chong

This villa had a great open plan and plenty of beds. The outdoor dining by the pool was excellent. As the location was a little remote from shops etc (peaceful) our hosts delivered everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed there for 6 days and had a blast! The place is serene, spacious, clean (both inside of the house and in the compound), nice surroundings, close to most of the main attractions in Khao Yai, friendly staffs and beautiful garden (with multiple swings, bonfires and raise platform for relaxing). It is not on the busy main road, which is a plus point for us as we wake up every morning watching the golden sunrise reflection on the mountain behind Khaokhab Lodge with lovely nature sounds. There is a cafe next to it and also small groceries stores in case if you need anything. We cook our own meals and prep foods daily before we go out and always come back to a clean house at the end of the day. Definitely a suitable place for us to enjoy quiet time at after a long day out. They even provide bikes for us to go around. Kids love it, so do we! Definitely coming back to this place again if we ever go to Khao Yai again

The view is superb, and the staff are excellent. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely return. As the hotel is undergoing some construction, they upgraded us to a private pool villa, which was a lovely surprise. The service is exceptional, and we couldn’t be happier.

The surroundings. The hotel is situated in a private land far away from the noisy parts of Khao Yai. There are lots of tall trees and small ponds. It gave me a sense of stillness and calmness for an exceptional retreat.

I booked two rooms for two people each, including breakfast, but this stay turned into a nightmare. Upon check-in, the host claimed that each room was only booked for one person and demanded an additional 3000 Baht for the extra guests. Despite trying to resolve this with Booking.com, their staff were utterly unhelpful and left us waiting without any resolution. With no other options late at night, I was forced to pay an additional 1300 Baht so we could stay. This kind of deceitful behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly urge future guests to avoid this accommodation. The breakfast was another disappointment. It was left outside the door without any notice, and it seemed to have been sitting out for hours. The rice with water was bland, the egg and sausage were exposed to the sun, and there wasn’t even proper coffee—just an artificial orange-colored drink. This was far from the quality expected for a "breakfast included" booking. The bathroom facilities were equally frustrating. There was no space for a basin to place toiletries, the shower had no curtain, leaving the entire toilet area wet, and there weren’t even hooks to hang dry clothes or towels. Using the bathroom was inconvenient and unpleasant. Overall, this experience was marred by hidden charges, subpar service, and poorly maintained facilities. I strongly recommend avoiding this place to save yourself from frustration and disappointment.
