Great staff! Very attentive personnel and excellent service.

it's a great place. far from all the worries and peace. you can lie on a deck chair and look at the sea, rent a boat here and paddle to the Mangrove forest. have a great breakfast, either with guacamole or pancake. very attentive and friendly staff. we were really very satisfied and we will definitely come back again. if you are looking for an oasis of peace and don't want to be locked in a resort, this place is for you.

The first thing that hits you is a stunning garden, with lovely places to chill. Our room was located on the first floor of a bungalow with a terrace, felt like on a tree in jungle :-) room was small but all you need is a bed, honestly, the bathroom with a shower was outside, which was amazing! :-) lots of friendly people, even guests Get the vibe immediately. Kitchen was delicious! We honestly enjoyed every single dinner. And on the top of all, barmans were totally cool. Always smiling with lots of positive energy. My sister and brother, asante sana ❤️

The diverse selection of food and drinks catered to all my tastes and preferences. Whether it was savoring local delicacies or enjoying international cuisine, every meal was a delight. However, what truly sets Evergreen Bungalows apart is its incredible hospitality. The staff members go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is not just comfortable but also unforgettable. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting wonderful individuals like Mustafa, Claudia (the owners), Paul, Happiness, and the rest of the staff. They made me feel like family, and I am immensely grateful for their warmth and kindness. Every moment at Evergreen Bungalows was filled with joy and relaxation. The serene atmosphere and the friendly ambiance made it easy to unwind and disconnect from the world. Moreover, the location offers a plethora of activities to explore. From the mesmerizing Blue Lagoon to the intriguing caves and the vibrant Paje, there is always something exciting to do nearby.

I was looking for a quiet hotel in Paje, and this turned out to be the perfect choice. It’s well located, with modern installations, cozy and well-equipped rooms that are supee clean, plus a private balcony and a lovely pool in the common area. Breakfast was delicious, and the best of my stay was definitely the staff, they truly made me feel at home. Thank you so much Risty! I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice staff. Housekeepers and waiters was kind and friendly. Good location very close the beach. The hotel is located in a beautiful environment. I stayed 1 month here. The kitchen is very good! They make delicious meals!

For us nature-lovers, this was a dream accomodation, surrounded by nice forest with lots of birds, monkeys, bushbabies etc. The entrance of the national park is only 200 m away. The room was prepared very nicely with flowers on the bed etc. Hotel staff were extremely nice, calm and very helpful. We tried several local items on the menu in the restaurant, and we simply LOVED the food, which was excellent and reasonably priced. If you dine there, you must try the swahili selection!

I strongly recommend staying in Mkeka. Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is very nice, and it's just a short walk from the beach. The swimming pool, that is open 24h, is a big plus. The hotel staff is really great and friendly. They will recommend you the best places to see, help you to organise your trips, take you to the best parties in the area, and make you feel like at home :) Great for families, couples and solo travellers :)
