The staff very friendly and professional and the size of the chalet was great for our needs (5 adults and 4 children). Chalet was clean and spacious. Hot water great. Children loved sharing bunk beds and running around the outside area. Food was very nice. Enjoyed all meals. Really liked the lay out of the place...walkways in nature etc. Staff very responsive in planning our trip and organising the safari prior to our arrival.Guest review bydGroup

The entire property is laid out nicely and well looked after. Food was great with different options every day. Communication was easy and all staff very friendly and attentive. We planned all our activities / game drives with Camp Bastian which was really smooth and they took care of everything.
