Cabins in Cat Ba

Superb place to stay if you are planning holiday in Cat Ba. Nice, clean, spacious huts with bathrooms and AC. Nice, quiet location, but still just 10-15 minutes to the city center by public bus (pink one) or taxi. The hotel serves the best food in Cat Ba, you can't beat their seafood soup, seafood noodle/fried rice or spring rolls. They will also help you to arrange trips or bus/boat tickets. 100% recommendation!

I really liked the tranquil location in the forest and recommend it for nature-lovers and those looking for a break from the bustle. The chalet was a smaller one than the picture advertised, but it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveller. The room was simple and clean, with a small toilet/wet room. The meals were average, but filling. Overall, a solid option for those looking for beautiful surrounds but not bothered by basic accommodation/amenities.

We had a deluxe room, a wooden cabin by the pool. It was very clean and comfortable and well sound-proofed. The pool and garden was meticulously maintained and beautiful. Food was plain Vietnamese, an extensive menu and wine was available by the bottle or glass. Fruit shakes were great.

Such a great experience - shame we were only there for a short one day stay. Really rustic wooden cabin-like rooms. Spotlessly clean and linen smelled fresh. The staff were helpful with laundry as well and you can even rent bikes right from the property.
