Everything about this place was amazing. Staff was really kind and the property was just beautiful. Keep in mind that you won't get the lush green view from the rice paddies if you come soon after harvest season, but it's beautiful either way. Very decent breakfast. The restaurant was only ok, but worth it for the convenience. It's a bit distant from city centre but Grab is readily available in the area - highly recomend downloading the app before your trip, no need to book tours. They also have bikes for lending.

We spent in this place 2 nights and were absolutely in love with it. Our bungalow was clean and well equipped. The area is very calm and safe, but at the same time there are a lot of local restaurants and bars near by. You can rent a bike and cycle around (you can easily get by bike to both Trang An and Tam Coc from here). The staff was incredibly nice and helpful - they helped us with everything we needed and allowed very late check-in. We highly recommend it - if you go to Ninh Binh and want to stay outside of touristic, crowded town you should choose this place!

    The hosts are very warm and helpful. They use Google translate which helps ease communication. The rooms are completely fine, clean, all works fine. The huts are more like porticabins, bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is good and dinner too. We used two of their bikes to cycle around and they also had mopeds. This homestay is the first on the road, several others come after it.This one has a more quiet vibe which was exactly what we were looking for (not party). They arranged our transport to hanoi airport after which was smooth.
