Beautiful location and loved the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Very cosy and had everything we needed. We loved the animals that came to visit too. Highly recommend this cottage. A very unique stay.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the many wine estates around it along walking tracks. The staff are lovely and attentive, it’s a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful outlook down the valley. Breakfast is a great assortment with also a cooked selection if you want, the coffee machine is accessible anytime. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious. Banhoek Lodge recommended a local driver, Christo, who drove us around to places further than walking distance, he’s a gem! So quiet and serene, we could easily spend a week here!

everything was perfect! the lodge is so perfectly situated - super silent in the mountains and still quite central to be in the vineyards easily. the room is beautifully decorated with lots of love and style. the staff was proactive and wonderful.
