The room was exceptional. Jaw dropping views over the ocean and Headlands from one balcony, and a second balcony with views towards Knysna and the lagoon. Floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors enhance the views from the room. Comfortable bed, and excellent bathroom. Lovely breakfast room with a view. Close to beach accesses and other great viewpoints, plus convenient access to Knysna. Good base for exploring Knysna area.

We received excellent service from Faith and Anna during our two-night stay. The complimentary upgrade to a room with a view was a nice surprise when we checked in and everyone was really helpful with suggestions on restaurant options and things to do in the area. Elmo was a great host! His communication and instructions were clear and spot on from the start. We experienced municipal water supply issues. Even though this was not his fault at all, he stepped up and took control of the situation. Initially he supplied us with MANY liters of bottled water and kept us updated of the repair process continuously. When he realized that this would not be sorted out soon, he provided alternative luxurious accommodation on his own accord. Brilliant service

The staff was lovely and the lodging was surprisingly nice, we had a two-storey chalet with very nice view. Breakfast was very good and abundant. The place was located close to the centre of Knysna (but you would need a car to get I to town).
