The interior design was just incredible, Jonathan did an amazing job with that and also was a wonderful host (and cook). If you have the chance book the dinner with him. Highlights recommended! Also the breakfast is something special to wake up to. And these are just the highlights all in all just an awesome beautiful place to stay

This hotel was so beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, room has the most incredible view, rooms are clean and modern. Located opposite the beach where we watched whales and orcas. There is a quick hike to a cave a couple minutes drive away. About 10 minutes from town where there are a few restaurants and most activities (whale watching, shark diving etc). Breakfast was exceptional - warm options, great coffee and a great spread. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Blombos Self-Catering House Farm is set in Franskraalstrand, 5 km from Gansbaai. It offers accommodation in cottages surrounded by mountain views and fynbos. There is a restaurant on the farm.

I recently stayed at the charming Blombos Self-Catering House in Gansbaai, and it was a delightful experience. The cozy two-bedroom farmhouse offered stunning views of the mountains, the lush cow fields, and the nearby beach, creating a perfect blend of tranquility and beauty. The facilities on site include farm animals, with possibilities to be fed and pet! There's a nursery, great for morning walks. A few options of hiking the mountain and endemic cape nature. These hikes range from short to long! I especially loved relaxing by the pond, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature, making it an ideal getaway. The braai facility is equipped with wood and utensils. The facility has ample space for al-fresco dining.

Saxon Lodge a bed & breakfast in Gansbaai, which is known as the ideal location for White Shark diving and whale watching.

Very nice host take care of check in and out. You can see whales from breakfast window with binoculars. Good breakfast. Very clean room. Thank you for everything
