The accommodation features a hot tub and a spa bath. Oh my goodness, everything about our stay was perfect! Monica was a great hostess; she was so attentive to our needs, She went above and beyond to make sure we were good. She helped us as soon as we arrived at the airport and there were NO cars for us to rent because they had closed the roads (due to the high winds that day). She got right on it and helped us get a car that would get us to the cabin at least until a rental car became available. On that first day that we were stuck at the cabin, she recommended places for us to eat and get delivery. Then kept us up to date with the road closures, and gave us advice on where to go during our days there. Her animals are super friendly, the goad, the dogs, the cats. Everything in our cabin was clean and all the appliances worked perfectly. Thankful for this wonderful experience. Everyone was happy at this cabin with the amazing Lago Argentino views, away from the city but the "city" was maybe 10 mins away driving.

The 100% attention to details? The impeccable cleanliness throughout? The view? We had 48 wonderful hours in two very comfortable and cosy cottage units and would warmly recommend the cottages and the very friendly and service minded owners anytime! It is obvious that the owners take the responsibilities as hosts most seriously and I am very happy to tell you that they are very successful at that!

Located inside Los Glaciares National Park, Estancia Cristina Lodge - El Calafate has cosy rooms with mountain views in a privileged natural scenario. Guests staying at Cristina can treat themselves to Patagonian dishes at the on-site restaurant and a daily breakfast. Everything! The staff, the facilities and the location, it was just perfection. We felt welcomed from the very moment we set foot on the boat where we had the whole floor to ourselves and were offered coffee/tea and medialunas. The journey there was simply magnificent, and so were the views from the estancia. Our room was gorgeous with beautiful authentic decor and a spacious, elegant bathroom. We loved in particular the attention to simplicity and sustainability. We took part in three activities: two hikes and one horseback ride. All of them were very well organised and with professional and friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about the area and its history. It was an amazing experience and we couldn't recommend it enough.
