All the people working there were so friendly and helpful. Our chalet was very cozy and comfortable and we loved the view from our terrace. Room was very clean. There were many great choices for breakfast, everything was super fresh. Also we used dinner delivered to room service and it was great! Food was delicious :) Teola ski lift is in the walking distance and hotel also offers ski shuttle service.

We stayed in apartment 14 during the summer. The balcony had a really good view on the highest peaks, the beautiful lakes were 15 minutes on foot, the city center is 3 minutes away so the location is exeptional. It was quiet and comfortable, easy self check-in with clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and everything looked new. We even had our own storage place in the garage for our bikes. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.

Beautifully designed with a 2-storey living room, a lovely kitchen on the 4th floor, and a comfy bedroom upstairs. We stayed as 4 people and had plenty of space. The kitchen was my favorite part — super easy to use and fully equipped with everything: fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, and even a dishwasher. It made cooking feel effortless. Only one downside is that you have to drive about an hour and a half to Cortina d’Ampezzo or Ortisei — but honestly, the place itself makes it totally worth it!

The cottage was in a great location in the city and close to the telecabin. The atmosphere was very cozy and lovely. All the amenities and supplies were fully prepared and ready for a few days of relaxation. The owner was very accommodating and available via WhatsApp, responding to my questions and requests immediately.
