The rooms were beautifully decorated, the food and drinks were excellent, and the hotel staff were warm, friendly, and eager to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We especially loved the fact that everything was centrally located - the children's ski school, the ski lift, the restaurant, and the shuttle bus were all within a few hundred meters' walk. During our stay, my daughter unfortunately had an accident and needed to be transported to the hospital. The level of kindness and care that was taken by the owners and staff to help us during this emergency was priceless and will be forever appreciated and remembered. This place is more than just a hotel - it is a home away from home, managed by a wonderful family and staff who understand what it means to be humble, kind, and gracious to all who visit.

Chalet Schneekristall offers modern accommodation units in quiet surroundings with mountain views and ski-to-door access, a 5-minute walk from the Schlosskopf Ski Lift. Very beautiful location looking out over the river to mountains and forest. First time we had gone for self catered cooking facilities and it couldn't have been more convenient or comfortable giving us more time skiing. Regular ski bus a very short walk to main road and various pretty snowy walks into and around Lech town which is only 20 mins max. Our hosts were wonderful and helpful - the room itself was big, spotless and plenty of hot running water. And bread & croissants delivered in at 7am!! Highly recommended.
