The accommodation, location and hosts were amazing. The accommodation was super clean, new and the windows showed amazing views of the lake. It is quite a walk to get there, but it is 100% worth it, especially given that they provide luggage pick up (at a fair price) by a llama. The hosts were super welcoming providing information about surrounding hikes and great meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at a fair price.

The room was beautiful and super comfy. It was such a treat waking up for sunrise and seeing it from bed. Having breakfast brought to our room was such a nice touch too. The lady running the place was lovely and had good reccomendations for a spot to watch the sunset.

The floor to ceiling windows let you see the beautiful lake at all times in the room. Beds were comfy, heater works well to keep you warm, and hot shower was nice after a long exploring the island from north to south. We also appreciate the hosts being communicative and helpful, despite our broken Spanish. We had breakfast served in our room which was a perfect start to the day, especially accompanied by the gorgeous sunrise views.

If you want what is arguably the best view on Isla del Sol right from your hotel room then look no further 🤩 – the room was also nice and warm, with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is also excellent, especially if you're doing the popular "2 day / 1 night Copacabana + Isla del Sol" itinerary, as you can easily hike the south part of the island on the first day, and then do the south–north through hike (or the opposite) on the second day. The host can even help you with luggage logistics for a small fee in case you're pressed for time due to the boat schedules. Plus, the price even included breakfast which was great!
