O Bona Moremi Safari Lodge tilbyder indkvartering i Khwai med har, gratis privat parkering samt udendørs pool (der er åben hele året). Gæsterne hos lodgen har adgang til en terrasse. We stayed here for 2 nights second week of November 2024 mid-way though a self-drive safari in Moremi and Chobe and it was the highlight of our trip! The place is situated in a lovely location with great game drives around the surrounding area. It’s also on the doorstep to North Gate entrance if you have your own vehicle and wish to head into the park for the day. The tents and general dining area was excellent, the food was even better. As many other reviews have stated, some of which I read during my own research, the food prepared there by the chef and her team really is something else. The staff are also brilliant and will take care of every need you have. They are friendly, pleasant and genuinely want to see you have a good time. Upon arrival we had a punctured tyre, and despite this not really being an issue of the safari lodge the manager Mange came out when he saw me struggling trying to jack up the vehicle and for the next hour was on the ground with me (he basically did most of the work :) ) helping me get it fixed so we could get out on a game drive. Certainly something I won’t forget. Great guy to sit down with and chat to if you want to find out more about Botswana and the local area as he has a lot of experience around Moremi and is super friendly. We didn’t do any of the game drives offered by the lodge, but based on the experiences of other guests we spoke with in the evenings they had many excellent encounters including finding a leopard not far from the lodge itself. Overall a very well run and pleasant place to be, you will not be disappointed and we cannot wait to go back there.

Hos Xaro Lodge i Shakawe er der udsigt til floden, en udendørs swimmingpool, en have, en terrasse, en restaurant og en bar. Både wi-fi og privat parkering tilbydes gratis hos lodgen. Location, design, staff 10/10. Food was amazing, everyone as really attentive and they really go beyond to make our stay magical. Nature is just breathtaking… hundreds of different birds species, hippos, otters. Activities where really pleasing and our guide thomas was very profesional and excellent guide. Thank you for everything!

Mokoro Lodge ligger i Maun, 6,4 km fra Nhabe Museum, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. The hotel looks well taken care of and neat and clean. The rooms are well furnished and the bathroom was fine. It has a bar/restaurant were we ate several times and food was always plentiful and good. It's well organized and the staff is the most friendly and helpful at all times. Whenever we had a question or request they would find a solution and help immediately. We got extra service from the shuttle as it was rather far from the shops, it was given to us for free.

Our favorite new stay in Maun before & after visiting the delta. What a GEM! It is a beautiful lodge on the bank of the Boteti river, but even has beautiful views when the river is dry. The service is exceptional and feels 5*. The welcome at the reception is incredibly professional and welcoming. When we came back for the second time they were so happy they put us with a big smile at the bar with a cold drink, so they could make our (already clean and prepped) chalet even nicer with an elaborate flower and towel decoration on the bed. Chello and Kelly, the way you handle the reception and welcome at the lodge is like a warm bath! You two are amazing and it wouldn't be the same without you two & a shoutout to the ladies who make the rooms so gorgeous!!! Also the lodge manageress makes it a point to greet you individually which is also very appreciated at several points during your stay. It seems you have the same waiter in the restaurant throughout your stay (or at least we had , both visits) which is a nice touch.. All the rooms are separate cottages with thatched roofing and part mosquito gauze for airflow along the roof. Very clean, good beds, nice bathrooms and a shower with a ton of pressure. There are rooms with aircon and less river view (but still a nice view) and rooms with the best view but without aircon. I believe there are also family chalets or doubles and a wellness/spa/lounge area, but not sure. The food is great! Don't hesitate to stay here! Thank you from D&A

Shakawe River Lodge ligger indenfor 2 km fra Krokovango Crocodile Farm og har restaurant, en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og et fælles opholdsområde. Lodgen har både gratis wi-fi og privat... It was just such a lovely place. Super staff and the Manager went out of his way to make us feel at home. From accommodation to boat rides and having breakfast overlooking the Okavango River was just so special. Wil return without Aa doubt. And then, spotting the Pels Fishing Owl again just put the Cherry of the top
